At Nurture Wellness by Sarah, I work with people of all ages, using a personalised mind-body approach. My sessions (both online and in-person) integrate counselling, bodywork, and holistic techniques to support emotional and physical well-being. Together, we’ll explore the connection between what you’re feeling and how it’s showing up in your body—helping you release tension, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
What to Expect in a Session
Each session is personalised to meet your needs, using a gentle, caring, supportive and empowering approach.
For added convenience, I offer online sessions that allow you to connect from home. This option is ideal for those who may find it hard to visit the clinic due to health, distance, busy schedules, or transportation issues. Online sessions are available for individuals aged 15 and up, providing the same warm and holistic care as in-person appointments.
You can choose to mix in-clinic and online sessions to suit your lifestyle. My goal is to support your well-being, no matter where you are.
During a session, we will:
Talk – Open up in a supportive space where you feel seen and heard.
Let Go – Gently release emotions and physical tension stored in the body.
Gain Clarity – Understand the deeper connections between your emotions and physical symptoms.
