CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing Nurture Wellness by Sarah.

The appointment time reserved for you is exclusively for you. We require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. If you need to cancel, or reschedule, an appointment due to an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible by calling 0432 918 930, we understand that things do happen. If you do cancel with less than 24 hours notice, FULL PAYMENT for the session is required.

LATENESS POLICY

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will result in the cancellation of the appointment.  FULL PAYMENT for the session is required, unless otherwise agreed upon.

NO SHOW POLICY

In the event of a No Call / No Show situation, the client will be charged for the FULL SESSION COST. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.

Payment for the above policy fees will automatically be charged to the card payment details you have provided on booking

Online Session Payment Policy

Payment for all online sessions will automatically be charged to the card payment details you have provided on booking at the end of your session.
